Meat Inspection Seminar

The Ohio Department of Agriculture Division of Meat Inspection will continue its efforts to provide regulatory outreach opportunities across the state. The format for these meetings will be a scheduled two hour seminar consisting of an hour and a half presentation followed by a half an hour question and answer period.  The meetings will be scheduled in the evenings from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.

 

The meeting planned for district 6 is scheduled for Tuesday, March 15 from 5:30-7:30pm, consisting of an 1.5 hour presentation and 30 minute Q+A session, at the OSU Extension office in Caldwell:

The agenda for the upcoming meetings will include the following topics, which have been particular areas of interest across the program – Humane Handling, Labels, Sampling, Records, Sanitation Performance Standards, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, HACCP Validation and Pre-requisite Programs.
